Lifetime membership benefits, FUNNY THING, today went to pick up a few things My total purchase amount came to $36.85 , went to use there own co-op cheque $ 25.00 and the amount owing I would give it in cash ...WOW THEY WONT ACCEPT THEIR OWN CHEQUE. What does this say about the co-op company!!! NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!
Well stocked for a small town and will bring in stuff they don’t stock normally if you ask. Seems to be slipping in the past year not enough staff / pricing but still worth it for now.
They carry a little bit of everything. Staff are helpful and friendly
I grew up in this town, and recently went back to check out this home center. I have no words that could do justice to how impressive this place really is. There is everything you need and more for any job around the house, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend to go here even of its a bit of a drive for you.
Amazing staff. Great selection on building aerials and much much more. Automotive, farm and agroo supplies with feed. Again just a great staff that will go to incredible lengths to make sure you are helped or referred to the proper place.
I spoke with the manager of Thorhild Co-op regarding an incident I recently had at the Home Store. They have respected my mask excemption all along until last Friday when they were not going to serve me. He said they offer curb side service instead I was not initially offered this option by the cashier and I told him that this was segregation and discrimination and not good enough. Would they treat any other customer with a disability like that?! The Alberta "mandate" states that mask exemptions must be honoured. As a paying customer, I would like the same opportunity to view and choose items in the store as anyone else does. With all the PPE and other covid precautions in their store, a maskless person should not be a threat. I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere and we have a big building project coming up. I wanted to support small town business but if I can't be treated equally and like a human being then they do not deserve my hard earned dollars.
Started stopping in here just to check meat prices. Was pleasantly supprised a couple times. Met the meat manager, really nice guy. Sold me a couple of rib steaks. Really good steaks. Folks the meats here are #1 and fair priced. Thanks guys
