DON'T COUNT ON THE CAR WASH!!!nI've been using the car wash subscription and app... The problem is the app says it's open, but when you arrive it is closed - again and again and again. I understand that it has to close on occasion for repairs or cold weather, but when that happens, PLEASE post on the app that it is CLOSED! This location seems to closed more than it is open! Always an excuse from the staff. VERY inconvenient and frustrating when you plan a trip based on what the app says.
Update:nAfter a Google review - the next day they contacted me and requested a shop quote. After quotes representing- covered the repair cost. So question is resolved, just took to much time and driving from my side. At the end of the day: many time and nervous, 1 week without a vehicle, vehicle repaired.nnOriginal review:nnWorse client experience ever.nnVehicle was damaged by a car wash robot it smashed and scratched the front bumper at the beginning of car wash, no notifications about wrong vehicle position or requirements to back up , claim was submitted to co op team immediately, all evidence was provided even a video from a dash cam installed in a vehicle and than:nn1. Nobody was involved in process - facility manager was always absent and didn’t get back for a long time, only after 3rd notice and week of time after the accident and additional notification to a customer service team I got a call back with information that they are investigating and will get back soon.n2. By a customer care team was presented 5-7 days time frame to find a solution, whereas at day 12, only after my repetitive question I got an answer to claim it to my insurance what sound and sending me to the bushes - nothing was proposed.nnSo at the end of the day:nnAfter using their top line car wash program I’m siting with a damaged vehicle and with a proposal to solve everything by myself. Clean bumper without any damages on it before became scratched and I’m as a client have to stay happy that I can use my vehicle and they didn’t destroyed it completely.nnI strongly believe that if you love your vehicle and value your good you should use another car wash operator.nn“Thank you” CO OP team for a great Christmas present! You did a “great” job in a customer care service.
Useless managementnEveryday they close carwash 9:20 pm .nToday I went for car wash , there was only 2 cars in line and they are giving me reason that I can’t finish my car wash before 10 pm what a joke. And it’s not just once it’s almost everyday storynEven you buy top wash it won’t take more than 6/7 min .nI am living very close I always buy fuel and carwash here but not any morenIt’s better I will take my business somewhere elsenThank you very much

Clean place but the gas prices online on Google and at gas station doesn’t match. Has 10 cents difference. It’s false marketing, co-op must do better job correcting their price as they change rather than false advertising to attract customers.
