I had spent most of the summer looking for a vehicle. Having two rather awful experiences with different dealerships in central Alberta, the bar wasn’t very high when I inquired about a used Vehicle at CMP auto.nnPeter responded to me that the vehicle I had asked about was a mechanic’s special and required a lot of work. He asked what I was looking for. I said an SUV, and that as a single mom on a budget, I could only afford $X for payments. I was likely a bit grumpy having been treated poorly at other dealerships and Peter has my most sincere apologies now!nnHe got back to me the next day with the link to an absolutely beautiful 2019 GMC Terrain. I would never have expected to be able to afford something so nice and we moved forward with the purchase.nnI came in to sign the papers and Paulina was so wonderful to work with. She explained everything and allowed me to ask questions. She was incredibly personable with not only me, but with my daughter and mother who had come along for the ride.nnThe Terrain needed a new windshield and a dent fixed, but I was slightly rushed as I needed a reliable vehicle for my daughter to use for her driver’s test. Peter allowed me to take the vehicle and return a few days later for the required work. I was given a loaner Jeep for a few days while the work was completed and happily drove home with my Terrain last week!nnI cannot say enough good things about the sales and service at CMP and am already recommending them to my colleagues.nThank you!

My new vehicle was in CMP’s possession for 15 weeks for them to fix something that was never fully explained to me. Throughout this time, I received no updates, and despite assurances that my calls would be returned, I did not heard back from Stephen Holden the service manager nor Gk Dawood. I’d kindly request that you would have provided regular updates on the status of my vehicle or, at the very least, promptly return my calls as promised.nAdditionally, when I finally could pick up my vehicle, I noticed a significant crack in the windshield that was not present when I dropped it off. This issue should have been addressed prior to returning the vehicle to me, and I now expect that it will be resolved promptly - it has been another four weeks and again, my phone calls are not being returned. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange for the necessary repair.nLastly, I found it confusing and concerning to receive multiple calls in one week about bringing my vehicle in for service, especially when it was already at the dealership. This suggests a lack of organization and oversight, which does not inspire confidence in your handling of my vehicle. I encourage you to review and improve your internal tracking system to prevent such oversights in the future.
Bought a new truck at CMP little while ago. purchase experience with youssef was painless, comfortable, and I felt well informed on everything about my new vehicle.nnDid end up running in to some issues with the radio screen recently after and the service department handled it better than I could’ve hoped for. Fix was done quick, with good communication, and got a free wash out of it. Big thx to Jon Silva, Lorin, and Youssef!
