I just had an ultra sound completed here. 1030 appointment. After waiting very briefly behind another patient, I was checked in promptly and courteously by a pleasant young woman. I then made use of the nearby bathroom, and when I reentered the waiting room, the technician was already waiting for me. She cheerfully welcomed me into the examination room, and remained pleasant throughout the procedure. I was in and out within 45 minutes, with virtually no waiting time. Unlike a plethora of previous commenters, I have nothing to complain about with respect to my experience with this organization. In fact, it was possibly the best health care experience I have ever had, and would be delighted to return.
Despite the other reviews, I didn't mind my experience here at all. Firstly, I submitted the form online to request an appointment, expecting it to take 24-48 hours for a response as indicated on their website. Within an hour after submitting the form, I received an email with an appointment date and time. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and kindly by the receptionist. I waited in the waiting room for a short period of time not very long, as I had an appointment. I had x-rays and an ultrasound scheduled and thought both technicians carrying out the scans were professional and kind. My only complaint would be the price of parking. I was there for a little over an hour and I had to pay the amount of a day pass. It is what it is though!
I've walked-in into the clinic to have a chest x-ray. The clinic was lovely, spotless, and peaceful. I was welcomed when I came by their kind 2 personnel. They get my insurance details then I was requested to wait until my name was called. They also provide complimentary coffee on the side, I noted. They call me for an x-ray in less than five minutes. Additionally accommodating and courteous, with their radiological tech. They mentioned that they would just send my doctor the results once I was finished with the x-ray. This clinic is fantastic because of its kind employees and spotless surroundings.
I accompanied my mom today to have her X-ray done for immigration purposes and the front desk staff was very helpful. The laboratory personnel was likewise very courteous. We were suprised that we are done quickly. Overall we had an excellent experience.
Had an appointment for an ultrasound today, and found I could also get my 2 X-rays done right after. Saved waiting in line at other locations. Receptionist and two technicians were wonderful. Kind, caring, patient and helpful when needed. Worth the drive from Orleans.
Walked in for an X-ray and was greeted by a lovely lady who saw me waiting in line and she took my information right away. I waited only about 10-15 minutes before it was my turn. The gentleman doing my X-rays was quick and professional. Overall good experience.
Elisa was exceptionally kind and helpful to me during my ultrasound today. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and bedside manner. 5 stars all the way. This is what great service looks like
Visited Monday afternoon for an X-ray and they were amazing throughout the whole experience. Front desk was supportive and kind, rarely come across a X-ray clinic this good!
Worst experience! I had to do my blood work and x-ray urgently for Immigration. So I went to the x-ray place first at 12:30pm, was told that they are not taking patients until 1pm and that I should go get my blood work done first. I went for blood work, took around 2 and half hours of waiting to get it done!! When I came back for the X-ray, I was told they have enough patients for today and they will not take me in. It's seriously frustrating! Will not recommend this place.
I had an ultrasound done here and the treatment was horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. The lady conducting my ultrasound was condescending and rude. She was very abrupt and impatient with me, which was doubly hard to take as I was in pain. She stated emphatically that my physiotherapist had no business sharing her opinion on my condition because she wasn't a doctor. Her manner was aggressive and not the least bit caring. It's terrible to expose patients to treatment like that when they are already feeling weak and vulnerable.
