I did most of the call to arrange the flight instead of the agent/assurance. I called myself the agency MEA to changed the ticket, the agent did nothing and confused 105.34 CAD From December 28th until 30th December 2021 This is disrespectful from the Jonathan Thibault service at travel agency Club Voyages Longueuil/ Saint-Lambert. The worst agency I ever collaborated. I can send you proofs by emails. My ticket was booked 18 Novembre 2020. Numéro de dossier TravelBrands : KSUKMR I already talked to Jonathan the 27th january 2021, but no solutions was given. He was just answering to escape from the problem and doing profit of interest.
