Amazing staff

We had a problem following a purchase at Club Piscine de St-Georges an employee sold us the wrong product which did not correspond to the instructions provided, which caused damage. We tried to explain the situation to the owner Roger Champagne when we returned to the store, but he did not want to help us, telling us that we were incapable of taking care of a swimming pool. Later on the phone during a second attempt to find a solution to our problem, Mr. Champagne told us that he and his employees had laughed at us after we left the store and that if he had to offer a voucher after-sales service to its customers, it would no longer have been in business for a long time. When I told him that I was in business myself and that customer satisfaction was important, he laughed again and told me that my business must not be doing very well. Fortunately it was raining this morning and my 3 children were inside the house, because if the weather had been drier, I don't know if we would have been able to put out the fire on our patio after the explosion of the swimming pool product bottle.

This is the worst place to buy a swimming pool! It is crooked with folds. A pool club member came and said: you're right, we did it wrong, you have to pay for a readjustment and a new canvas!
