Just purchased a wallmount Gazebo from.club piscine, salesman was YAn Nadeau, never received better service than this anywhere at club pischine , he spent.time measuring with us showing us different option, showed us some patio sets and explained differences in quality!!nA super nice Person and extremely knowledgeable in all areas!!!nnThank you Yan!!! Much appreciated!!nnAlso the receptionist were i made payment was a complete Gem!! Very professional helpful and just the sweetest person!!nnExtremely satisfied being served in both languages!!
Very attentive and very easy to get the info i needed
My visit was at the parts counter the environment was nice. The only thing I found long is that there were five clerks and no one can serve me until 20 minutes the clerks were not busy just talking.nnBut once I was served they were patient and answered all my questions.nI would revisit this place
Unfortunately I cannot recommend club piscine. Bought a pool last June that was supposed to be installed in July but wasn't until late August. The installation seemed rushed and shortly thereafter I noticed dimples and rocks underneath the pool liner. Contacted installer, they said it was normal and not too worry unless I felt anything sharp. Used the pool until mid September and winterized the pool using recommended method. Mid February comes and I notice a space forming between the pool wall and the top plate. Contacted them and was told at this point there was nothing they could do and to call back in the spring. As the weather warmed the pool continued to sink and the walls began to buckle. The pool is now ruined. The only way this could have happened is from either faulty installation or defective pool liner. Their answer contact your insurance not our problem. Seems way to easy for these pool companies to pass the puck, blame winter and tell clients to contact their insurance companies. This is not an insurance case it's a legal one and they will be hearing from my attorney.
