Rude and uncouth manager; certainly the epitome of cattiness in retail. I was prepared to splurge on myself that day, and decided to take my business elsewhere. Will never set foot in any Club Monaco store again.

As soon as i walked in, i was greeted by a staff with a huge smile. While shopping, Melody was an amazing help, she was not too intrusive but just the right amount of suggestions and gave me enough space when needed. Amazing team members, great shopping experience!

I have been a loyal customer of Club Monaco for over 10 years. Always had good experience with customer service, but I was very disappointed with how I was treated at this store. I purchased 5 items and decided to return a jacket after I tried it again at home. I took the tag off but brought it with me and the jacket was brand new and with all the wrappings on the zippers intact. I was told the jacket will be damaged because the tag is off and they made a note to my profile that I have made a return on exception and this will not happen again in the future. I understand if they want to prevent people who return used clothing, but treating a loyal customer who never even make any returns this way is just too disappointing and frustrating.

Stay away from this location if you are looking for a job. Horrible management at this store. Would ask you stay longer without prior notice, some people didn't get paid on time, and no one cares about the missing hours on pay cheque.

The dark interior seems to be a trend in the pacific centre mall which for this store seems to work well. The product seems more elevated here than in the close by Robson street location. Now only if they could carry a menswear selection. But this seems impossible with such little space. If looking for a gift I'll be sure to stop in.

Nice layout. But overly pushy sales staff . I also found the sizes are running quite large as well.

Staff always friendly and greets you right away.
