My 7 year old son was left behind while the whole camp went to the pool. They did not tell us when we picked him up that they abandoned him at the soccer field. We only found out that night when our son told us. When we addressed the situation with them, they blamed the child for taking too long in the bathroom. We pulled him out of the camp right away, and asked for a full refund. Lack of safety measures for the campers. I would not trust my child in their supervision.
I have been wanting to review this for a long time. I am sad to write this review because my oldest daughter did three seasons with this club and until the pandemic, it was great, fun and well organized. After the pandemic it was no longer the same summer soccer like it was before. They blamed alot on the pandemic that shouldn't have been blamed on it. There was zero reason to start practices 10-15 minutes late every single time yet they did the whole summer.2020. They stood half of the practice and drank water 25 times. That was season 2020. Come 2021...it was a complete and utter disaster. The price went up by 100 dollars for only one session a week used to be 2!! It became as expensive to run on a field with a soccer ball as have your kids take ski lessons! That was an unpleasant surprise. Then came the practices. I don't even know where to start. The staff started the practice late. Every other time the practice was lead by a different instructor. The instructors were super incompetent most of them, zero experience and young kids themselves with zero energy or ability to teach young kids or motivate them. They barely spoke up, did some silly exercises if you can call them that, kids barely moved or ran. Every time you would think it will get better but it didn't. They let them drink water after 2-3 minutes of practice...why?? At some point parents started getting their kids out early because they were doing nothing. They had two good practices that whole summer lead by one of the experienced guys after a complained. That was it. It's absurd to charge people so much money for inexperienced and unmotivated kids teaching kids. If you don't have staff, cancel the class and give people back their money. You hiked up the price, deminishes the number of practices and transformed them into free for all standing on the grass sessions. Don't waste your money. And if you want to risk it, sign up with the ability to pull out of the session if it's a repeat of last year.
