UNBELIEVABLY slow, words cannot describe how much I despise their services
Resources galore !!
This place is typical of our healthcare system, which is to say, mediocre. They leave you stewing for six hours, and still no consultation, with an infection and excruciating pain. The staff is cold and lacks empathy for people in distress. I left and got an appointment at a family medicine clinic for the next day.nnI absolutely do not recommend this place, hence 0 stars.
Absolutely terrible. I was waiting to see the doctor a 6-hour wait, and everyone else was being seen before me. Clearly, I was the only one suffering in the waiting room. When I asked why it wasn't my turn, I was curtly told I wasn't a priority and that it wouldn't be a while. Yet, my ears have been blocked for two weeks, I'm coughing up phlegm, and I have sinusitis. They were aware of this because it was my third visit in two weeks a 5-hour wait the first time and a 9-hour wait the second. I've had two courses of antibiotics that haven't helped at all; I'm still just as sick. I call this human cruelty. There's a major flaw in the healthcare system, and the nurses at triage and initial reception are incompetent.
