I was accompanying my friend for his appointment. The nurse was being really rude and unprofessional. Even ranting about my friend in the hallway with a colleague. She needs to learn how to be more professional and respectful.
Cleaner than I expected. Pretty fast service for vaccination. Nurses were nice. One nurse couldn't speak that much English. I had to speak with her in French but she tried. She also went to get another nurse who was fluent in English to explain the risks. The parking price is horrendously high for a place that is not so busy. We get free healthcare but they are ripping us off for no reason on parking. This should be a given in a hospital. If they say the money is going to save ailing children then it's ok.
Do not trust the social worker from that place ; the male social worker managed to get my elderly dad on ‘anti psychotic ‘; just to get him more quiet just by lying to doctors , saying that my dad my violent which is not true !! so after a few months on that drug, my dad is totally catatonic !!!.
Therapist I saw in the past helped me get through some hard times. Use these free services where possible, they exist for a reason. Don't be scared off due to wait times. Took me 7 months to hear back but might as well do that than get nothing. And if you don't need it when they finally call, tell them as much.
Very disappointed I had an appointment and I was only a few minutes late because of that they made me reschedule my appointment. Knowing I was there in 2 min. The customer service wasn’t friendly and kind a rude. For that I will not be going back.
