CLSC in L'Ancienne-Lorette

What a shame, I had an appointment made with clic santé at 2:10 p.m., the confirmation email asked me not to show up more than 10 minutes early, so I arrived at 2 p.m. and I was refused entry saying that I I should have showed up at 1:50 p.m., 10 minutes before the doors closed. It's absurd what they're doing, the employees with their bags ready to leave for their homes. It's a shame. We pay too much tax for that.

The first receptionist is correct and polite. Not being able to answer, she transfers my call to another receptionist who is not able to answer my request. The latter doesn't listen to what I tell her. Instead of trying to resolve an internal management issue, she told me to call back another day.

The receptionist was not very welcoming. Not a smile, barely a hello. He looked like he was being disturbed.nI asked him for a photocopy of a document and he didn't want to do it because he had to travel.
