After so many years never had any problems. Today the person who took calls at the appointment center had such an arrogant attitude that she didn't wonder why people got angry or hung up on her. She doesn't listen to the patient. The best thing after that I found out at reception that it wasn't the first time and that other patients took the complaints form the same day. Oh well, what a coincidence. Good luck for the future because your customer service needs to be improved.
Generally speaking, the service is impeccable.nnI tried for 2 days to get an appointment with my doctor. Not capable. A nurse calls me and doesn't understand me. I try to explain otherwise that it's recurring and just want my prescription. She says impossible on the phone. I just say ok thanks I will endure then and won't waste my time on you anymore. Not even in a sarcastic tone, condescending or anything. Just resolved. It's been 4 years that the others are renewing on the phone by the way.nShe gives me a similar face-to-face appointment... Out of courtesy and not to waste another patient's time or chance to be helped, I call and try to cancel.nnThe receptionist starts saying I'm this and that... hey! All I said was: my name and that I want to cancel an appointment. POINT!nThank you for reminding them that civic-mindedness is also good for them. The next time someone makes an appointment without my consent, there will be a waste of time because of you. I won't endure this again. I was incredibly calm, respectful and showed no possible signs of displeasure throughout the 2 calls. If the receptionist and the nurse spoke, that would explain why she assumed I would be stupid... which didn't happennnAs for the rest, they offer very good service, fast and efficient. There is really a difference from other clinics and we appreciate it!nThank you and don’t give up!
I collected some items for assistance following my partner's hip surgery. The gentleman at the entrance is incredibly kind, every time he is there. Very nice staff on the phone. Well done!!
My family doctor is in this GMF, and I have always had an appointment during the day during an emergency with a doctor who was available! Reasonable wait, very competent and friendly doctors. The nurses do their job well too. Special mention to Dr. Anne Levesque as well as Dr. Marie-Christine Veilleux. Very attentive!
I have used the services of the CLSC de Varennes twice in the last month. I must say that I am very satisfied with the services received. Whether it's from making reservations to the treatment received by the nurses, I have nothing but congratulations to give you.
