When we were told that my father was being released from the hospital, we were distraught because he needed so much care. A sincere thank you to the home care and palliative care teams. To each and every one of you who came to the house, know that we were very satisfied with the care given to our father. You have the vocation within you and we feel it very well. A bouquet of thanks!
Very good service from the entire CLSC team at home during my mother's illness and following her death. I didn't know about this service before becoming a caregiver for my mother. I met human and dedicated people, particularly the paliative care nurse and the social worker. The only downside is the cutoff that takes place after the death, even if there is follow-up it is done quite clearly but I understand that they have other families and patients to help and that there is the pandemic. Despite everything, they remain available well after death.
