Have to admit, been going there for years, quite aware of other places. Yes, at times the wait was long but what did you expect V.I.P. Service! They do their best , work extremely hard and sure at times long hours, some long waits but they have never, ever made me flinch or feel pain or the needle from a blood test, 1-2-3 done. I definitely appreciate their service and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Believe me, I’ve been pricked before and felt it but not there, ever.. As to other aspects you go there, couldn’t say- for me- terrified of needles- they are super great and courteous. It’s worth the wait, when there is a wait. One last thing, they were extremely helpful and caring for my child following Chron’s surgery and support at home and onsite! No negatives to ever say.

Horrible service, was there three times, every time the secretary was rude and hostile. nurses un professional as well I've only seen and heard horrible things of this place
I called simply for information and connected with someone extremely rude.. tried to explain myself as best I could in a second language and she responded as if it was an annoyance that I called at all. I just needed to ask a question..
I have been with them for over 5 years and have never had any problems. Very good services : sometimes the waiting times to contact your doctor or nurses can be long but never insane.
