Quick service and really nice staff

A wonderful welcome at the entrance, however it gets worse when you arrive at the next counter. A really unfriendly lady who instead of doing her job, polices and gives orders... we don't care about the time of our appointment... we are responsible for being respectful towards the staff but the opposite is not also true, it is extremely deplorable...
Impossible to reach anyone by telephone at the CLSC. the line always busy or refers you to Clic santé private company who want you to pay for an appointment.
