Would not recommend.nI made an online appointment for an in clinic visit. The day of the appointment I was called and told I had to go for a COVID test first. I then told them that I had already done a test earlier in the week that was negative. They told me that the tests given at the pharmacy provided by the Quebec government are not accepted by the CLSC.nI agreed to the test at the CLSC.n10 minutes later a doctor called me which was never scheduled. He was extremely rude and condescending. He told me nothing could be done and told me to go to the hospital.
for the most part the staff was really nice u however have never gad such a bad experience with a doctor. I went there with concerns for my 10month old son and the doctor was in the room less than 5minutes didn't ask much questions or seen if i had questions and gave no treatment plan or anything for the concern, he was very rude
Came in to get a request to see a specialist for surgery, the doctor I met was this old man with white hair. He was incredibly rude and dismissive, didn’t greet me when he walked in the room, he did these little procedures that had nothing to do with my surgery request, tried to tell him the medication that I’m on and what meds I’m allergic to and rudely cut me off . I was in his office for less than 5 mins
Worst service ever,nI went with my wife she was crying about a hard pain the doctor with the worst attitude tell her that this pain wasn’t urgent and that she must call the 811 line. he didn’t make any question to her or at least a conseil.nWhy in the world they have this doctors earning a lot of money all day in a chair just to give this kind of answers?
Kinda disappointed I walked in there with two glands in my throat the size of golf balls…they were more concerned if it was covid…like everything else, didn’t even speak to a dr. Just a nurse that told me to wait for a call, nobody examined me or gave me a general idea of what I could have, walked in with no insight of what I could possibly have and left with the same reaction, so disappointing that the unfortunate like me that don’t have a family have to go through these types of situation. This isn’t a bash on the clinic but more a bashing of the health care system, stay safe ppl
