VERY ORDINARY home service, one of the nurses decided to close my home medication delivery file, because I was not present when she arrived I was on my balcony and she showed up 45 minutes early of its supposed time slot i.e. at 2:15 p.m. instead of being between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. as established. Please note that I am in a wheelchair due to a major car accident and I now have to go to the pharmacy every day to get my medication because of her and her more than insane decision!!
Their nursing service is very disappointing and even worrying because My mother-in-law must receive the services of a nurse regularly once a week. Since the start of the service there have always been delays due to not really knowing why? ???nWhen they call to cancel they can't even say when their next visit is.
