Booked my appointment online, everything went pretty fast. They accomodate me even if I speak english. :D
horrible receptionist very very rude they made me wait for an hour because they couldn't find my doctor name for blood test , my appointment was 9:30 I ended up going in at 11:00 even tho I did write them the doctor name they kept me waiting never going there again
very rude receptionist with wrong information the first time I called. This is my second attempt at getting a vaccine and they never call back. always the voicemail saying they will call within 24-48 hours. It's been 6 weeks - 3 messages.
It's totally useless giving feedback. Nothing ever changes here, rude receptionists, apprentice doctors...We, the older people, are useless to the government, so the sooner we die the better is for them.
Doctors are good, but the parking is insanely bad. There are like 15spots for guest parking and they are always full. The blood test area is also always full and you'll be waiting there for a while. I think it would be better just to try your luck somewhere else.
The nurse at the counter are the worse
Secretary refused to speak in English when I called, and if your french isn't perfect, expect a patronizing comment/rude attitude. Not the best first impression.
