Warning!!!! If you are scheduled to see an respiratory therapist at this CLSC local community health centre, I strongly advise you not to consult them if you have a cold or the flu and do not have a family doctor. Based on my experience, I went from being an independent client to a severely disabled client struggling with the SAAQ Quebec Automobile Insurance Corporation to lose my driver's license, all within three weeks. Unfortunately, I suffered a bout of the flu requiring medication, and inadvertently, I had to exchange my oxygen tank, which turned out to be empty just as I was leaving home. For once, this supposedly very empathetic professional deemed it appropriate to inform the SAAQ that my health condition rendered me unfit to drive. It is therefore unnecessary to detail all the problems that await me and that must be resolved before December 9th if I want to keep my means of transport as well as my medical status..... Bravo Mr. Legault for making our remaining health system CLSC a reflection of the SAAQ fiasco.
The staff were very friendly and qualified; they will guide you well once you arrive. A big thank you!
