Clover Dentistry

Great staff. I recently started going to Clover dental and every time I go in its a pleasant experience. I've had a cleaning done and just last night have had 2 big cavities filled. Dr Chan is a great dentist, he takes his time to review all options, shows you what needs to be addressed now and what can wait. He isn't at all pushy. last night I had 2 cavities filled and I didn't feel a thing, I actually was starting to fall asleep while in his chair lol. Even when he gives you a freezing needle I didn't feel it! While doing the cavities he didn't rush, he took his time to make sure they were done properly. Dr Chan and his staff at Clover Dentistry are the best in the business!

My life changed for the better once I started working with Dr. Chan and his associates at Clover Dental! I used to DREAD going to the dentist, but now I look forward to my appointments! I have never experienced such a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. EVERY SINGLE appointment I have been to, I have been welcomed with a smile, sincerity, and dental care of the HIGHEST quality. Dr. Chan is PUNCTUAL - I have never been left waiting. On top of that, when I had an emergency with a broken bracket on my braces (MY FAULT!!), I called at 2pm on the Friday of the upcoming Christmas break and he squeezed me in at 5pm THAT DAY! I couldn't believe it! Dr. Chan is super polite and well-mannered with patients and staff. He speaks gently and kindly and despite his extensive dental training, there is NEVER a hint of arrogance or an air of "I am the expert here, so you will listen to me!" , as is seen in many dentists. He treats you as if you are his only patient. I have never felt rushed during the appointment, and Dr. Chan goes into GREAT detail of what options are available to you and lets YOU have the final decision on what you think is best for your situation at that time. Over the past 2 years, I have experienced deep cleanings, gum repair, 4 wisdom teeth extractions (at the same time!!) and braces and I can truly say that I trust Dr. Chan and his methods completely. His office hours are AMAZING and Mable and Tiffany work so hard to accommodate your schedule. Even thought they have a large client base, they remember the small things about you....For example, they do have a TV if you wish to watch, but I like just to rest in silence and they always make sure the TV if off because they remember and CARE about my preferences. The blankets they put on me when I was cold was also an extra touch of care! Dr. Chan is honest and will not make up procedures that you don't need in order to line his own wallet!! (as some dentists do!!!) So, essentially, if you can become one of Dr. Chan's patients, consider yourself fortunate and get ready for amazing results!!!

I’ve been to many different dentists and this one is the best so far. I actually live in Mississauga now but I am still willing to come back to richmond hill to see Dr. Chan because he is very professional and polite. He and his staff delivers great customer service and I highly recommend this dental office.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Chan since he has opened his dental clinic a few years back. He was the best dentist we ever had. Dr. Chan is very patient & thorough. He'll explain to us regarding our Dental issues in details, suggested preventative steps we can take to improve our dental health & given potential treatments options as needed. Our dental health has been significantly improved since we went to see Dr. Chan & Tiffany (hygenist). Also, Mabel (receptionist) is always pleasant to the clients. Thank you for taking care of us all these years!

I've been going to this Dental office for almost 4 years now. In my line of work I deal with a lot of Doctors and by far Dr. Chan and his staff are the most friendly, courteous and professional I've encountered. There are 5 dental offices within walking distance of where I live yet I don't even think twice about driving to go to my appointments. They're great with all kinds of patients and take the worry out of going to the dentist. I've recommended loved ones and friends to Dr. Chan and will continue to do so without hesitation. I heavily recommend visiting this office.
