Cloud Pharmacy

The pharmacists Joseph and Michael Fanous are great and very caring and friendly towards their customers. They take time to consult about the medications and give very thorough and clear instructions. Great customer experience.

The Pharmacist there is an angry man with an attitude problem. Was there and said hi I have small complaint and right after I said actually feedback . He did not bother to look at me . Asked me what the name of the person. I said no it is not a complaint it is a feedback I like to give you ( they did mistake on my perscription direction previous time ) He got angry and said but you said complaint. I said and I corrected to feedback. This was while my other perscription was on the desk. Then I said nevermind I have changed my mind to tell you. He got again upset point his finger at me two things you are accusing me and .. I said take it easy you don’t need to have an attitude as I said all is good. It was just a feedback. Seems he had a bad day. Took a business card out and said if you have a complaint you can call this number. I m the pharmacist here and I no longer want to give you service. I had an operation earlier this week. Had a long day already therefore I thorne the business card and I told him off after he proudly told me that the manager and the owner is his brother. Basically take my attitude or leave it. I live next door. I will inform the building about the behaviour. He put the wrong how to use discrption on my medicine provided last week. I had follow his comment as needed ( there was no such as needed ) . It was a must medicine that I had to take to reduce my inflamation. I was not planning to make a fuss about it at all in the begening but I am somehow upset that I will make sure everyone knows how he is!!!
