The beds were very comfortable, the suite was very clean and well equipped with everything that you would need to cook with.nThe only issue is that it was very hot 24C. You had to keep the air conditioner on all of the time, which is about loud to sleep with.
Fair price.nPets accepted addition fee.nWe gave the room a 3/5 due to:n1. The TV does not allow one to watch movies via USB.n2. The bed is not very comfortable and quite low to the ground.n3. We miss bath sheets which other hotels/motels offer.
A lovely experience. I stayed here for a week and the staff were so friendly and generous. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was a nice experience and it’s a really good price. I would stay here again no doubt.
From the front desk greeting to the breakfast to the staff attitude and service, Cloud9 surpassed my expectations.nI arrived late to a friendly welcome from Gervi, a super helpful and engaging fellow. I missed the hot breakfast the next morning and the staff went out of their way to make sure I got coffee and something to eat.nThe rooms are newly renovated - simple and clean and have all the basic amenities you need.nRecommended!
Great location, lovely service, the room that we got was NOT what was on the website or on the Google reviews. Clean enough, but very small bathrooms, very little lighting, archaic phone, tv was on the fritz and was very small
