Cloud 9 Delicacy

We always pass by here and never notice their food is so good. We ordered the popcorn chicken rice and it came with small portion of side dishes. I believe the sides are different each time. The popcorn chicken is very tasty. There was a huge line when we came and didn't know it was that popular. But later find out that it was because of the tasty popcorn chicken and pork chop that people was ordering. So we ordered as well. And it was very well worth it as the price is inexpensive for their large portion. I will come back again to try their pork chop next time.

I noticed Cloud 9 Delicacy on an Instagram story and wanted to try it out. It has raving reviews about the Taiwanese Fried Chicken Nuggets on rice. Being a lover of chicken Nuggets, I knew I had to try it out myself. This food court stand is located in the Empire Center in Richmonc, BC. The order itself had large portions and came with side dishes as well as hot water as a drink. I loved the chicken. It was so flavourful and did not need any dipping sauce at all. Can’t believe I’ve not known this place having been in Richmond for the last 2 years. For $12 each, you get a generous portion of a dish + 5 sides + rice and a soup! I love the popcorn chicken and the fried pork chops was so tender and flavorful!

I stopped by this stall for their Salted Crispy/Popcorn Chicken Meal and Marinated Pork Chop Meal recently. Their chicken was really crispy and tender and the pork went well with rice. They also gave an assortment of vegetables with the meal. Overall, it was good value for the quality and quantity of food for the price.

Bang for buck. Large portions and tasty too! One dish can split into several portions. I will definitely go here again. It's a food court, don't worry about service or atmosphere. It was rather quiet when I went, we ate in the mall.Food: 5/5

The tastiest and best value food I had in my whole 30 days Canada trip! Not fancy, but simple, delicious and nutritious. Home cooking food is the best. As a foodie I'm satisfied. The owner was nice too. Btw, cash only, so be prepared.Food: 5/5

Best bento boxes I have ever had. Pricing for the boxes is extremely affordable, and pretty much nothing here tastes bad. I have been to this restaurant multiple times, and the food here is always perfect.

As mentioned in my other post, we had lunch at Empire Centre and tried James Snack's claypot rice, along with the fried Taiwanese chicken special with rice and 5 small sides today. The food tasted great and the portion was also very good esp. for $11 only. Would have given them 5 stars but unfortunately it was a very long wait. The claypot rice was ready for probably 10 minutes before this one was ready.

Finally had the chance to visit this place! They do affordable Bento boxes for 10.99 which comes with a main, a soup, rice and 5 sides. Definitely worth it. The veggies taste super fresh and we'll flavoured. The soup is on the blander side but I think it's to balance the salt in the main dish. We had the fried pork lunch dish and the fried pork was delicious. Very soft and we'll flavoured. Would definitely order it again. Can feed 2 people. Also ordered the Lu rou fan pork braised over rice which also came with an egg, pork floss and 5 side veggies. It's a really well balanced meal. The braised meat was nice and fatty but I wished it could have been braised for a little longer so the other meat could get softer. The popcorn chicken portion was very large for a small portion. But I wish there was more basil in it. The breading was very thin which was enjoyable. Overall it definitely lived up to the hype. The rice boxes had lots of veggies and meat. It was well balanced and the portion of rice was just right. The price is also extremely affordable for today's prices. I can't wait to be back to try their other dishes.
