We stayed one night at the beautiful Clonmel Castle. We stayed in the King's Suite and it was perfect. We loved the room so much we decided not to go to dinner and just ordered food in. The bottle of wine and charcuterie plate was such a nice touch. We had the delicious breakfast in our room. We will definitely be back and will stay longer. Thank you Lyneee and staff you were amazing .
We had the opportunity and pleasure to stay at the castle for, unfortunately, just one evening, but was a wonderful experience the entire time.nnLynneee was very kind and made the experience feel tailor made and special. Had a wonderful evening with the included charcuterie board and breakfast was also delicious and filling.nnWe stayed in the king suite which had a stunning balcony to sit on and watch nature and animals around you.nThe room felt both rustic and modern, and everything was very clean. Felt comfortable and safe. I think at the time there were other guests at the castle, but we did not hear a peep inside our room, very good construction!nnWould recommend for a romantic getaway or even just to stay if visiting Dover.nn10/10 Would return! Included a picture we took at night, looked so beautiful all lit up.
My cousin and I had the best time at Clonmel Castle. Lynneee was a wonderful hostess and she truly spoiled us. The place is beautiful and super clean, and it’s obvious a ton of work & love have gone into it.
This is wonderful place to stay. I will definitely come back. Fabulous building with great maintenance. The owner put lots of heart and love in it. It is at a cute and quiet location.
My spouse’s “special” birthday was made even more special by our treatment at Clonmel Castle through Lynee’s personal attention. It was a truly outstanding stay, exceeding our expectations at every turn! From the gourmet breakfasts, the historic and regal surroundings coupled with modern conveniences, and the unexpected birthday trimmings including a delectable dinner!, Lynee’s attention to every detail made our stay more than memorable. It was epic! We will definitely revisit this sublime version of both historical architecture and real-time individual service and kindness.
