We have four part-time dentists, two part-time assistants, two part-time dental hygienists and two front staff personnel.

Mission

The Clinton County Community Dental Clinic strives to provide basic dental care up to and including Level IV, to patients with Dental Medical Assistance, who fall below the federal poverty guidelines, or who have government sponsored or subsidized dental insurance and live within Clinton County and its surrounding communities.

These services shall be delivered with an emphasis on patient education.

A blessing to the community! I wish I had discovered them years ago.
All the girls in the office are AWESOME!! Dr.Foster is so kind and gentle his patients' comfort and well-being are always a priority!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! They always put the patient first and they are never anything but professional and kind! I will always recommend the Clinton County Comunity Dental clinic to anyone!! They take really good care of their patients
When going in there the denest always has an attitude verry rude to anyone who goes in and also tells ppl they are not to see any other denests to get work done the always says to pull the teeth not fix em if she hates her job then she should go some where else not treat ppl as rude as she does needs looked into its not right
It was probably the best dental experience I've ever had! I was nervous as a first time patient, but they were so nice and definitely walked me through every step of treatment. Literally every single person I came in contact with was wonderful.
With an emergency dental need, they were quick to get me in, thorough with care provided, and did everything they could to prevent any further pain. Everyone was so nice and showed true concern for my comfort.
Took my 6 year old son here for a cleaning the receptionist was very friendly everything started well enough once we got back into the dental chair my son has a horrible fear of the dentist and all he was doing was crying and the lady said remind me to make a note he isn’t welcomed back, she went back to talk to the dentist and comes back and says he isn’t welcomed back there because he needs sedated! She was horribly rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
Being someone with severe anxiety, and avoiding the dentist for years, I couldn't have asked for a better experience here! They made sure I was comfortable and talked me through each and everything they were doing. All the staff was extremely nice and full of smiles. I would definitely recommend going here and if need be, I would return for any future dental need.
Lost a filling and chipped a tooth. Was able to get in the next day due to a cancellation. Shelby took the x-rays, cleaned my teeth and Dr. Foster addressed my issues and set up a plan to get me smiling again. Kind, professional and excellent care. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! L Taylor

they were very professional and also understanding that I was extremely nervous. They got me over my fears and made my visit as painless as possible. I am very impressed and will be back for my next visit.
