Everyone is absolutely caring and wonderful. Dr Shannon is a great vet. Her staff are so helpful am caring. Gail even brought dog home as after his surgery he was not allowed to jump up into my truck for fear of hurting his leg with all the stitches in it. Tomorrow she is even going to take him to have his bandage changed . I can't begin to thank her and everyone else enough for all they have done.
Beware! I got ripped off here, I brought my cat because she had an infection and after 4 minutes they gave me pills for a week before sterilization a bit more than 100$. I asked several times how much it was going to be for the spay, they told me around 200$ to maximum 300$ if any complication, knowing she had an infection, after a week I went to get my cat neutered everything went well till they billed me 600+ dollars. I asked why and they best answer is I made a mistake, I am sorry! WELL LET ME TELL YOU! My sister brought her 2 cats for the same reason to another vet and got charged 251$ including taxes. EACH!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE
Would like to thank and compliment the wonderful staff at CVC. I live in Saratoga County, NY. I traveled to CVC in order to get treatment for my dog not yet available in the states. I felt like my dog was in good hands and really appreciated their expertise. Would highly recommend. Thank you CVC
Our sweet, old, wee pony, Maggie, who had come to us one evening in 2012 and has been my youngest child's playmate since then was obviously ready to be euthanised.nShannon and her team were gentle and considerate. They helped Maggie through the final stages, which helped ME a great deal. Thank you Champlain Veterinary Clinic!
Professional service beyond reproach! Compassionate and friendly staff. Dr. Whatman stands out as a remarkable veterinarian. I've been to quite a few vets and none have come close to the the care and attention given here. I know my pets are in good hands at the Champlain veterinary clinic. Thank you for everything.
