Owner is a very qualified veterinarian. Great experience with my first visit. No pressure and very helpful with intelligent explanation. Helped me find great options for an abandoned dog I am caring for. All the staff is professional. Highly recommend this clinic!!

On the recommendation of a friend I went there on May 12, 2016 with my two cats for a checkup and vaccines. Receptionist was very nice and helpful as was Dr. Charbonneau. He was very patient and explained things in detail. Love this clinic and will definitely be going back. Thank you and keep up the great work. I was referred there so booked an appointment a week in advance. On the day of the appointment, we reach 15 mins early and have to wait for 'our' turn. 2 others that came after us get to pass in front of us. None of the staff bothers to say something. After an hour of waiting of not only having us wait, but keeping my cat caged, I ask why are these people going in front of us? The reply was '' it's an emergency'' and she turns around expecting me to settle with the fakeness when one of the 2 customers clearly expressed that she had run late. I decide to leave and said my cat had been there for almost 2 hours in the cage. Her instant response was '' I'll book you another appointment?''

It's a 1-hr drive for me to get there, and I'm happy to do it. Personalized, caring service on the outskirts, that is hard to get in the central parts of Montreal.

Good price, very clean and the attention to the animals is higher than a person at a hospital.
