On my first visit I was made to sign a blank document - which I did not, I just wrote “refused to sign”, for I didn’t know what I was signing.  The second time, I again refused and wrote “signature”. The receptionist pointed this out, and I responded with I don’t know what I’m signing so I’m not signing anything.  This became a big issue with the 3 people behind the desk degrading me, and being obscenely racist towards me for not being Canadian. Once I thought the matter was settled, two of the desk staff proceeded degrade me again, for which I up and walked out.  I am disgusted that the staff are so uneducated that they can not understand that signing a blank document is illegal in many parts of the world who would sign a blank cheque for fun?, including where I am from, and to force someone to sign I blank document, with racist and degrading taunts is coercion.  I had assumed this practise would also be illegal in Canada.  I will do everything in my power now to inform the local public of how disgusting and pathetic your customer service is.

An amazing équipe; well organized, professional,  and compassionate. My pain was eliminated, and I was well prepared for my return back to work. The guys working there are the best. I will miss them!

Visited the clinic for pain at the back of my heel that concerned me because it was on my achilles tendon. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Terry. He was very professional and helped reassure all my concerns and questions in regards to my condition. I really appreciated how he catered my exercise program to my busy schedule, and took the time to break them down and make sure I was doing them correctly. Hats off to Clinique Physiothérapie Universelle Molson for taking  on such a skilled professional to their team!
