I am a person undergoing rehabilitation after ACL tear with Rania physiotherapist at the clinic. I was able to regain mobility very quickly and seeing progress by implementing the exercise program at home and through Rania's care during sessions. I would recommend Rania's services for sports related injury as she has experience in these. Friendly staff all around.
I really liked the attention and the detail that Jenna gave to my situation and help me in different method and effective to help to my recovery at 100% Jenna is a real enthusiasts fun person fun to talk fun to be with and easy coming and a good sense of humour and my overall experience was fantastic. I really appreciate their support. Their team is amazing. They are so helpful, kind and considerable about my pain and situation. I am getting much better everyday with their treatment which is very professional and personally adjusted. I am so happy to come here to get my treatment. Lasalle’s hidden gem! In short, if you are looking for a dedicated, competent, and compassionate team of professionals, look no further! I highly recommend this clinic, no matter your ailment. In detail: From seeing their interactions and the feedback I hear from other patients, the entire staff seem to be top notch. My own experience has been great. As we know, the receptionist is often our first impression of a place. Richard Khoori, who always greets me with a big smile, has been a welcoming, accommodating and professional receptionist. Celin, the other receptionist, is equally fabulous. The clinic strictly follows the Covid-19 protocols. I feel safe and at ease. Although I am being treated for a work accident/ diagnosed concussion, I believe Leyla can treat anything! A week before Christmas 2020, I was evaluated by Leyla Zaarour, who was to be my physiotherapist. During the initial evaluation, I was in such a fog and flared up that I don’t remember much, but thanks to her expertise, HEALING HANDS, and intuitiveness, I have come a long way in a short amount of time! Being able to write this review is a feat in itself ! although I’m getting flared up, I would not have been able to even think about let alone write a short paragraph before my treatments at this clinic. With Leyla’s help, I am improving daily. To ensure that my treatments were not delayed, when she went on Christmas break, she set me up with her colleague, physiotherapist, Katharina Ciobanete. I did 3 20min. sessions with her and although they were short they were beneficial. She is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. In January, I started my treatments with Leyla who is an exceptional physiotherapist/osteopath so I get two in one! I’ve had several concussions so my case is not easy, but Leyla was up for the challenge. She loves to get to the root of an ailment to not only provide you with temporary relief, but with permanent results. She genuinely cares about her patients and displays a wealth of medical knowledge. She lets you know what she is doing and why. She actually pinpointed something physicians never identified and it has made a big difference in my recovery. Although she is not a doctor, she knows the human anatomy so well that she was able to fix any ailment I had ex: in Jan.,Feb. I injured my sternum, had a flare up of costochondritis, shoulder pain etc. on top of the post concussion issues. She was able to simultaneously alleviate the acute pain while still providing the concussion therapy! She is a hard worker, often not taking her breaks to ensure her patients leave satisfied and better than when they entered. I have recently started ergo occupational therapy as well. My OT is Noemi Girard and so far so good. I can tell she too genuinely cares about her patients and knows her stuff. I feel heard and understood. I believe I'm in very capable hands with the staff at this Lasalle Universal Physiotherapy Clinic.
The treatments I've been receiving are helping a great deal. When I began I could hardly walk because of back issues. I started with physio and ergotherapy and now have included accupuncter. I'm about 85% better. The staff are very caring and passionate about their work doing the most to help you get back to your old self. Keep up the great job everyone!
First off, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. But care feels stretched out over months, therapist have to many clients, feels like they're always multitasking unless you go with Private Insurance. I Would recommend other clinics on the same street.
Leyla is a miracle worker. I walked in a month ago with constant pain and poor mobility in my shoulder. I still have a ways to go with my treatment but I only have pain very occasionally and can move so much more! All the staff are great but Leyla has improved my life.
II have been coming for a few weeks now. So far I am satisfied with the service, the staff is pleasant, and it is conveniently located. Leyla has been helpful in relieving some of my pain and providing me with exercises to do at home Philip
