Great experience with dr peloquin,nWent with my 2 year old daughter and shes raised properly so doesnt cry or freak out ever, however their was a mother with her daughter about 4 years old and honestly i couldnt believe it, letting her daughter shout and scream and make a huge public fit, honestly respect to dr peloquin for handling that horrible parent and child with a good sense of humor,nThose that dont discipline their children shouldnt bring them in public areas.nMy daughter is 4 now my son is 3 and neither have ever had a tantrum.nThe secret? Consistancy, communication, following through, and discipline. Also our kids do swimming courses, soccer and kids yoga.nSo many parents dont invest in their children and then act clueless when their kids freak out at daycare and school, they need to blow steam! Its simple.

Support staff was kind and helpful but our appointment with Dr Peloquin was uncomfortable. I felt He was rude with my daughter and was not gentle or kind in his approach with her. He may find his approach to be funny as he was laughing and smiling the entire time but my daughter cried the whole way home. I left feeling very much like I should have said something but was shocked by his behaviour. Will not be going back to see him. When dealing with young children, there’s a certain amount of kindness and respect that should be maintained and calling a 4 year old a cry baby isn’t the way to go

The receptionists at this clinic are truly kind, patient, attentive, gentle, and professional! It's so pleasant to see smiling faces and lovely people when you go for an appointment. It's a welcome change from many places in the healthcare system. We need more like them everywhere!nnI see two doctors: Dr. Giguère and Dr. Parent. They are both caring, competent, and empathetic. They take their time. It's not rushed at all. A very nice clinic. They are also able to help out with emergency appointments under certain conditions, such as calling on a specific day, around a specific time, to get an urgent appointment on a specific day.nnI hope nothing ever changes! I have nothing to improve.nnThank you to this wonderful team, so kind and respectful of people.
