Reviews

Super

It was my first time there, and I received excellent service. The staff were friendly, and in the future, this will be my clinic because they've assigned me a family doctor.

Their callback service is absolutely terrible. I spent the whole day trying to speak to someone without success, and after long periods of waiting, I finally decided to leave my number so the clinic could contact me. They never did. I suggest hiring more staff or more conscientious people.

I live in Lavaltrie, and I've gone to the reception desk three times in two years because it's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Each time, I've been treated like dirt. The receptionist barely looks at you and always has a blank expression. And the responses are half-hearted and completely unhelpful. In the private sector, these people would be fired immediately. Customer service... they don't know the meaning of the word!

Système de téléphonique de marde et je suis pu capable quand on nous dit d'aller sur t'elle site pour s'inscrire !!!
