The doctors are great. The reception and appointment system are awful. Left my name and number for a callback and they called me the next day...when I wasn't home. Why can't they call back the same day? Even my wife who is a medical secretary- receptionist can't believe the way they are. I have been a client for 10 years and it's always the same.

People at reception are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Doctor asked for a blood test and when I went to have my appointment she realized the test wasn't good, I had to pay another 435$ (out of my pocket because my employers insurance doesn't cover it!)to re-do the test and there was NO RESPONSIBILITY at all for the fees. I'm very sick and called to speak with the doctor so I could have my lab test request changed because the one requested again is not accurate. People at reception answer the phone saying: "YESS?" instead of presenting themselves, (I speak fluent french, and I know they won't speak to anyone in english), so I asked in french to speak with the doctor and the answer was: "call back tomorrow between 2pm-4pm" and she hung up the phone!!! I called back numerous times but no answer. I want to lay down in bed and cry!!! WOSRT EXPERIENCE AND IT'S BEEN A YEAR MY DOCTOR IS SENDING ME BACK AND FORTH FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT LAST 10-15 minutes EACH!

Si ce ne serait pas de ma médecin de famille que j'apprécie beaucoup qui travaille là, je changerais immédiatement de clinique. Le service est extrêmement mal organisé, prendre un rendez-vous dans cette clinique est simplement un enfer, même ayant un médecin de famille. Plusieurs autres cliniques dans les environs seront être plus aptes à répondre rapidement à vos problèmes.

J’espère que la clinique n’ai pas le reflet de leur secrétaire ( je dirais pas les 2 car la plus agee des deux à été très gentille ) mais l’autre décroche pas un sourire répond bête je l’ai vue servire 2 personne j’avais le goût de rappeler à la dame qu’elle travail avec le public pas derrière un bureau !

Je donne les étoiles pour mon médecin de famille car elle est superbe ! Mais c'est pas normal avoir un rendez vous à 10h et à 11h30 toujours pas passer !!!!! Sérieux pourquoi nous céduler des rendez vous et qu'on ne passe pas de notre heure !!!!!
