The doctors are great. The reception and appointment system are awful. Left my name and number for a callback and they called me the next day...when I wasn't home. Why can't they call back the same day? Even my wife who is a medical secretary- receptionist can't believe the way they are. I have been a client for 10 years and it's always the same.
