I had scheduled a phone appointment with a doctor and got a confirmation e-mail. They changed the time, which didn't bother me. However, I received the call 3h late. When I tried calling them in-between to see what happened, I waited over an hour on the phone and nobody ever picked up.
Have been waiting for my doctor to see me for over 2 hours to be told “The doctor isn’t here yet” & told “There’s nothing I can do for you”....
Terrible service, very rude was yelling to my girlfriend and not listening, avoid...
Worst service worst clinique i've ever been to , the dr i had a appointment with left before finishing her shift , the dr that is supposed to take her patients is late . I ve been waiting since 11 am now its 3pm . I would ve went to the emergency the waiting time would ve been less
If you want a urgent appointment with your family doctor, good luck. They'll give you a appointment in 6 months.
Wait time is absolutely terrible at this clinic even with an appointment. Been waiting for hours.
