Incompetent appointment too long waits. Blood tests after 7 months no call to have them taken, and so on
It would be nice if we could make an appointment without an appointment because the line is always busy and we cannot show up without an appointment; an adequate telephone service would do well.
Very bad service with a doctor's secretary. I have never felt so humiliated and insulted in my entire life. What was urgent for me was obviously not urgent for her. She disrespected me so much it's been weeks and it still haunts me. I will never return to this place.
