The doctors are okay, but the receptionist are really bad , they never care , and try to hang up as quick as possible, they sound annoyed to be asked questions, honestly hate calling here There are so many negative reviews about them and I see why, I had a simple issue , I'm on my last active row of birth control, and I need to renew my prescription, the receptionist disregarded the fact I have no more refills, couldn't even have the doctor call me. I understand it's busy, but "call back in a week, I don't have the schedule" is not helpful at all. Way to make an effort ..
Notably bad clinic. Doctors are decent but the reception and admin services are terrible - they have been for years. On multiple occasions: I have called and waited on hold for very long periods of time, only to be hung up on. Called today - the answering machine mentioned their hours were 9-12 and 1-4pm. I waited on hold for a long time, only to find out they are closed. I understand they are busy, but other clinics are much more respectful of their patients' time.
Doctors are good ! The receptionist ,I called several times 25,20 ,15 mins before they close ,on different days . I was caller number 2 , t’ill they 5 pm I was surprised since they always rush you for an appointment. Once I had to book an appointment with my Doctor called was caller number 1 ,stayed severals minutes . Since I don’t live far I showed up in person to find they were talking while I was still waiting . Very disappointing. Since for 2 years and still now they make us think that they care about our health . Please….
I appreciate this clinic and the staff so much. I am a complicated and intense individual. My family doctor is very patient and he explains things so clearly, the for his clinic receptionist is also very clear and patient, and she has a good sense of humour.
The doctors are ok, im glad they are there but the receptionists… Really rude, cut you when you speak and almost talk to you like you were nothing and want to pick a fight with you, mostly Dr Dykhuis receptionist, she is extremely rude and need to go, i dont understand why she still work there. Also dont get caught with the positive reviews about the secretaries, they are made up reviews from fake accounts probably created by the secretaries to boost the overhall review of the place.
My husband went there by bus in his power chair..no compassion..the receptionist was very rude..all she said "we don't take walk ins", you go to Brunswick. Made no effort to provide any assistance for appointments!! Disgusting service!
Excellent service good doctors and no waiting so come at your appointment time to start your medical exam .
This is an excellent clinic especially during covid. I am not sure what the person complaining about the receptionist Debbie is talking about. She is always caring and helpful and if the phones are busy it is because she spends so much time with each patient. Trying to reach a secretary at a busy medical clinic for an hour is actually amazing. I have been trying to reach a specialist for days without getting anywhere. Only positive experiences with that receptionist and all other personnel. Keep up the great work!
Tried getting through on their main number, waiting 53 minutes thus far, and counting, and continuously getting the "we will be with you shortly" and "your call is now first in line" message on a loop. Additionally, for the first half hour of waiting on the line, the message counted UP the number of minutes for the waiting time not down, as you would expect, so that's confusing! The longer I waited the longer the # of minutes the recorded message told me the "waiting time" was! For the last 30 minutes or so, I've been told that my call is "first in line" and "a representative will be with you shortly". I've decided that this is either a bad joke or that whomever administers this system has obviously never had to sit through this absolutely inadequate ability to do what it claims it will do. I understand that COVID has changed how clinics and everyone else running a business deals with incoming calls or requests, but this if it is a reflection of how the clinic is run, I will definitely try elsewhere.
My family and I have all been patients at this clinic for many years. We have nothing but great things to say about the staff- from the receptionists to the doctors and nurses. One receptionist in particular, Debbie, stands out as a super helpful, polite and courteous woman who goes above and beyond to try to help. Kudos to the great team and their staff!
