Good clinic, you have to call at 6:30pm the day before, then it will tell you the website to book an appointment. Waited 20-30 mins which is no problem and recieved a concise, good appointment and perscription. Would reccomend!

Pluses: open on weekends. Minuses: everything else. - Incompetent MD's: after decades of work experience (all MD's in that clinic are close to retirement), unable to recognize shingles. They put my health at risk and I will not forget that and might file a complaint to the Qc Board of MD's. - Not a walk-in-clinic, because you have to book your appointment 18 hours prior to walking in the clinic with Bonjour-Santé at 6:30pm sharp. If you can't book your appointment at that very specific time, you have to wait 24 hours. Very practical. - Waiting times: 3 hours in average, even though you booked your appointment the day before (see above). - Hidden costs: are posted in the waiting room. Hepatitis vaccine shot: 300$. Expensive. A decade ago, in Europe, I used to have access to that almost for 0$. Medical certificate (for incapacity to work for example): 100$. Expensive again, for a few sentences on a sheet of paper. I feel like booking an appointment just to take a picture of their "frais accessoires" in order to send it to Menard et Associés and the RAMQ, because they might be illegal. - 3 offices, only one MD present at any point in time. - Follow ups: the clerks will reply that the clinic does not offer follow-ups when asked. An MD might attempt to call you and leave a message suggesting to book another appointment or simply go to the emergency of the nearest hospital. Practical and responsible. To sum it up, this is a clinic run by and staffed with overpaid crooks and lazy incompetents who dodge work and who should be behind bars, not retired or working in a clinic. One word of advice: if you want this clinic to be helpful to you, the only way is to wear a business suit and act as a member of the 1%, otherwise they will treat you like cannon fodder. PS: don't pay attention to the positive reviews, they were most certainly written by the staff and their friends.

Très bonne clinique médicale. N'ayant pas de médecin de famille, je me balade de clinique en clinique sans rendez-vous . Première clinique où j'ai eu la chance d'essayer "Bonjour Santé", et le service à été parfait. J'ai passée 10 minutes avant l'heure prévue. Le médecin fut cordiale, et attentif. Je recommande chaudement

Tres mouvais service telephonique, la ligne est toujours occupe et personne reponds pas le maudit telephone !!!! j avais esaie de apeller tout le matin et le telephonoe tjr ocuppe , et a midi a la heure de lunch j ai eu de reponse mais de la maudite machine pour me dire que son ferme entre midi et une heure drole ca !!!!! de quelle facon tu vais confirmer ta rende vous ?????? le systeme de sante au canada es je crois un de les plus pire au monde, son tous just en traine de courrir apres l'argent du monde, mais pas de qualite, pas en tout !!!!!

Le médecin très consciencieux que j'ai vu un dimanche en passant par bonjour santé m'a sauvé en permettant qu'on me fasse une échographie précoce qui a mené à un diagnostique de grossesse cervicale sans aucun symptôme autre qu'un seul saignement, il aurait pu me retourner chez moi. Merci.
