Super lucky to have Dr. Lord as the physician of my two young sons. He takes the time to answer all of our questions and you can tell he genuinely cares. Please never move! There's also a newer employee at the front desk who is super friendly and helpful. So 5 stars for them. A note to the clinic in general: Though I'm grateful there's an emergency service for same day visits, I really dislike having to plead my case to get my kids to be seen. I understand needing to ask a few questions, but I don't like being judged on the phone as to whether or not we're worthy for a spot. Trust me, we'd rather be anywhere else. If we're calling, it's because we need help.

receptionist is very rude, no sense of empathy or courtesy. Speaks on a condescending tone in person and on the phone. poor customer service. does not help anyone when you are in bad shape and have to deal with someone who does not seem to like their job!

A very pleasant and professional clinic with excellent hours. Dr Sauve is wonderful, with an informative and kind attitude. Wait times are minimal. Would definitely recommend.
