The secretaries are very professional, including Diane, Johanne and Geneviève. They do everything in their power to meet customer requests. Very attentive people.
If you are looking for a well organized, fast, empathetic clinic then do not go to this clinic. A family doctor who is more busy thinking about his golf game than his patients who take the time to visit him. An endless wait caused by poor organization and a great lack of communication. Oh and if you are hoping to receive news quickly following your meeting, forget it because the doctor is too busy not doing his follow-ups. I also recommend getting a second opinion from another doctor to everyone who consults there.
I requested an appointment on their portal on Saturday and was given an appointment the next day, Sunday. Very good follow-up with J. Faust who completed a request for x-rays and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Called me the next day with the result and for follow-up. My family doctor, Mr. Tétreault, is at this clinic and I have equally good service with him. Never a long wait.
It was a horrible wait, they even supposedly hung up on me without intention and it often happened that their cut made it really hard to get service...
This clinic supposedly no longer does walk-ins. There were 2 of us waiting for 1 hour to be told that we had to come by hello health. This should be indicated on all sites. In short, I went to a clinic that said it did walk-ins and actually did it!
