Just wanted to get checked out for Pneumonia. Waiting room was EMPTY, not 1 single person waiting. The receptionist immediately dismissed me and told me to go to my family Dr... There's a reason I went to a walk-in clinic instead of scheduling an apt. with my family Dr in 2-3 weeks... Now I'm sat at the ER....and we wonder why ER's are overloaded? Clinics like this who turn people away are partly the reason. Would have been a quick visit, quick lung x-ray, but here I am waiting for 7+ hours...

I’ve always appreciated the quality of care provided by the physicians at this clinic; however, the experience at the front desk has consistently been discouraging. Interactions with reception staff often feel dismissive and unwelcoming, with minimal greeting or engagement.nnWhen asking routine questions or seeking clarification, I’ve been made to feel as though I’m an inconvenience or lacking basic understanding, which is disheartening as a patient simply trying to navigate the process.nnWhile I recognize that reception work can be demanding, the tone set at the front desk greatly influences the overall patient experience. I hope the clinic can address this area so that the high standard of medical care is matched by the same level of professionalism and courtesy upon arrival.

Dr Ault is an irresponsible person He prescribed my son 250 Zanax every month and Adderall. My son is now in the Restigouche medical center in the forensic Psychiatric ward.How many other lives has he ruined with dangerous medications??

Doctor should listen more to their patients concerns it took 20 min to get a paper for test
