Great service. I called on a Sunday during the Christmas holiday around noon and they gave me a 2 pm appointment that day. I had a problem with an implant and my own specialist could not provide emergency service. Dr Kevin Nguyen and his assistant were very kind and efficient and fixed the problem. The bill was very reasonable and they took care of the insurance directly. All staff members were friendly.

3 stars as it was an emergency and got an appointment the next day. Would have been 5 stars if I wasn’t stuck waiting for 2 hours to have my tooth extracted while suffering in pain. Appointment was for 9:30 and was only on my way out of the Clinique at 11:45.

If you don’t fear dentists, you will after visiting them!nnI had my first appointment with them. I called the clinic and told them I wanted a general check-up and that I also had a cavity that needed to be checked out. The receptionist asked me to fill out a questionnaire which would be sent to my email. I never received it. I called them again to ask for another date and asked for the latest appointment. The best they could do was 1:20 PM. I also told them about the questionnaire and they finally sent it. On the day of the appointment, they kept calling me early in the morning for me to come earlier. I explained to them that even 1:20 PM was exceptional and I couldn’t come earlier than that. The receptionist told me that I was the last client and it’s safe to assume that they all wanted to leave early and that’s why they kept pushing me to come earlier.nnNow let’s get to the real part. I have a fear of dentists. I chose this place, because it had quite a few good reviews. I should’ve focused on the bad reviews. These are dentists are from HELL.nnThe assistant showed me my estimate and they had charged me an emergency fee. I asked them why and they said because to fix a cavity only it’s considered an emergency. So not only did I not get a cleaning, but I was charged for something that wasn’t even mentioned to me. I have a rather small mouth, the dentist manhandled my mouth. Even though he numbed it, I felt pain. After he was done, he just wished me a good day and ran off before I could even open my eyes. What if I had more questions? I looked in the mirror and my mouth was FILLED with blood. There was no active bleeding, they just didn’t cleanse my mouth. I also felt bits and pieces of my teeth in my mouth. The assistant gave me water to rinse the blood, but I’m wondering how long it would’ve taken her to rinse and suck the blood and gunk? This is how they treat their patients? Why? Because they want to leave early? Very sad and traumatizing experience. My first and last time.nnEdit: Since I cannot reply to you, let me write my response here. This is what it feels like to be gaslighted. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Your clinic from the outside looks so nice and new but the people working there are money hungry and careless. Let's not forget about how challenging it was to get my money back from you guys which was provided by the insurance. Such a horrible service.

This is the first time I have been to a dental clinic and experienced such great services. Especially dentist Anh Tuan Nguyen he is very friendly and professional, this dental center is really big and the equipment are very modern and extremely clean I think the cleaning staff here have worked very hard to keep for everything to be such a 5 star standard. I am very satisfied with my trip and I will definitely choose this place as a place to check our family's oral health for the next time.
