I have been a patient of Dr St-Martin for over 10 years and have NEVER had a problem.nHe and his team are excellent, helpful, professional, light-handed, and most of all funny and friendly. I always have a bad reaction to needles, therefore opt against it, choosing medication to calm me down instead. His staff always spend a few extra minutes making sure I'm ok and tease me. Benoit Saint-Martin is the best dentist I have visited.
I recently had work done by Dr. Koklas and her assistant. I'm scare of needles. They were absolutely sensational. They took care of me like I was literally their family. Furthermore, they were so joyful making it such a great experience. I just wanted to say thank you.
It was a correct place but left me very disappointed after my last visit. We've been clients for almost 12 years and follow-up appointments after cleaning were ALWAYS free since they only check if everything is ok. Well, not anymore. I was charged 110$ for a 10 minutes follow-up appointment and was not advised in advance that there will be charges. So if they call you for an appointment ask if there will be charges as it seems they try to squeeze out everything they can now.
As a patient of Dr Lam, I am extremely satisfied by his services and care. His interest in dentistry seems genuine, and so does his attention towards the patient!nnDefinitely a satisfied customer!
Dr. Joya is'nt professional at all. On top of that she doesnt listen to the clients and she forgot to cut out my long wire of my stiches. When i go back i ask a question to the secretary Marie Josee. All i get is attiude and rudeness. Last time i come to this place. I liked it when Dr.Lamour was there ,but now pff it aint worth it.
