Orthodontic treatment completed in 2012. I wish my case had been properly assessed. One year after my treatment, my front teeth moved forward, and they noticed I had a problem with my tongue when swallowing and that I needed treatment with a speech therapist to correct this problem... Overall, I am satisfied with the final result, but I wish I had known this before the treatment.

Exceptional service! Undertaking orthodontic treatment is a long and sometimes stressful process. However, thanks to the attentive support and regular follow-ups offered by the Roy Orthodontic Clinic, each step goes beautifully.

I started orthodontic treatment at $8400 in late 2016. The treatment was well done. I paid for it over 25 months, but I forgot to deposit the funds into my account for the final payment my mistake, so it was declined. The clinic charged me ANOTHER $50 even though I made the final, declined payment the same day! The staff, of course, wouldn't hear of it; it's their policy. I've always been willing to pay, and I'm serious. I think this is outrageous; they use every excuse to make us pay. This clinic is a real money-grabber. I can't wait for some competition to open in Rimouski!
