I wish there was an option for zero stars. Rude staff & doctor who lied about my appointment and said they cancelled even though I was less than 10 minutes late and forced me to leave without stating my point, saying that I was “embarrassing” myself. I wish people in the health industry were more honest so that I can receive the treatment I need instead of focusing on capitalizing off more money made for less work done, I was still charged. They canceled far too early and did not abide by their own rules, should be ashamed.
The clinic is clean and in a good location. You can park on the street in the neighborhood or take the bus that is in front of the building.nThe clinic doesn't have an elevator for people who can't take the stairs. The doctor was nice but seemed in a big rush even though I saw her 10 minutes before my appointment and the clinic wasn't busy at all.
The doctors are really nice. I came here twice, never needed to wait long. It's really fast to see a doctor comparing to all the walk in clinics I have been to before. Through the GAP system, you can get a same day appointment. The parking is a bit tricky since it's not easy to find a parking very close, but you can find one in the neighborhood. So if you're not familiar with the neighborhood do some research beforehand.
My wife was referred here by our group of family doctors 811 servicegap because of a swollen throat. I accompanied her.The nurses were nice and did the routine tests on her as well as a covid test before seeing the doctor at the far left end of the corridor. We sat down and he asked my wife what he could do for her. After explaining her health problem, he jokingly asked why the 811 nurse did't just prescribe tylenol. Then, when the nurse came in with the test results, he panicked, andnjumped up, put on a mask saying that he was going on vacation soon and did'nt want to catch covid, and told us to get out as quickly as possible. What kind of a doctor is this, that is afraid of patients. He sure is in the wrong trade. Never again are we coming here, with such imcompetent charlatans, posing as doctors.
Despite the clean and organized facility and nice and friendly doctors and nurses, dealing with the the phone receptionist was horrible.nIf you choose to be served in English, nobody answers you!nIf you choose to be served in French and start speaking in English, they hang up the phone on you.nIf you call subsequently, they see the phone number and wont answer the phone at all!nnThat level of dealing with clients is incredible!
