Dr. Eid is an amazing dermatologist. She has really helped me with some skin issues and I have had amazing improvements since I have started seeing her.
I always struggle with the reception calling, arriving, leaving — somewhere along the path for each appointment it always lacks ease and care for customer service but have had excellent experiences with the dermatologist over the past years.
Dr.Okan is fantastic but the customer service at this clinic is garbage. They never call me back. They never answer their phone. I was just on hold twice today for over 15 minutes just to be hung up on. Nobody calls back. People are rude and always in a bad mood at the reception. If it wasn't for my Doctor, I'd never go back.
I had to cancel my appointment the day before for a work emergency and was told to pay the 25$ fee, which is fine considering their policy is 48h. My appointment was rescheduled to 5 months later. On the day before, I call in to confirm and they hadn't recorded the change. They were able to give me a later appointment on the same day. I get in and I still have to wait over an hour. The secretary could not be bothered to look away from her phone and is generally very rude and not customer service oriented. So I get to pay and comply with their policy to respect their time but where is their respect for my time? Why don't I get to claim $ for messing up my appointment, making me cancel work meetings and messing up my schedule? Other people are busy too! It isn't just a doctor's constraint!
Its a shame to have to put a one star for a doctors clinique where Dr are certainly all very professional but enough is enough I m trying to call to move my appointment as it's being asked in the e mail but no one ever answer and there is no option to send a mail to do so ....Dr Giordano was extremely professionnal when i met him the first time its just a shame your front desk doesn't live up to the rest....and i m allowing myself to make this comment because already my first encounter with the lady at the front desk few months back had already been less than average.
First of all the building is beautifully designed on the outside and the in. On the inside is a very new design and the aesthetics are impeccable. On top of what's a very nice atmosphere is one that is very clean and neat. The reception is friendly and despite her English not being the very best compensates by her attention and effort. Last but not least, Dr Okan is phenomenal. Very friendly and professional. His bedside manner is impeccable and in experience will not rush you. He answered all my questions and I highly recommend him.
Excellent clinic! Excellent care! Competent health professionals that take the time to explain and clarify everything. Waiting time very acceptable an average of 10 minutes as compared to any other clinics we have been to. Highly recommend this clinic to all!
Poor service at best waste of time . Id say work on your greeting of the patient and maybe let them know everything before you start taking down their info . For example " We have an apparently non written policy that we need a credit card on file " for a medical facility that needs to have people's credit cards on file . I can only guess this might be because a fair share of people are turned off by the long waits that they cancel and the only way they make up their lost earnings is to collect credit cards on file really!!! .
Horrible...They took down all my information including my medicare number and then gave me an appointment 3 months from now But last minute, she told me that she needed to have on file my credit card number in case of cancellation fees apply$50. I refused to give the my credit cad number and she refused to give me an appointment. I suggested that she should as for that before taking all the information and she hanged up on me and I did not get an appointment!
Unlike the negative reviews, he was a very friendly and great physician. He behaved me respectfully and was patient with my questions and request. I will see him again.
