Ive been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for quite a long time. Ive been seeing Shayne for about 12 weeks. We still have a ways to go, but my mornings are better, my stiffness is less, my quality of life is improved. Thanks so much Shayne for your time and experience. Fore!
Two years later and now it's my daughter who has suffered a concussion. We of course went back to see Shayne. As always he provided excellent treatment. A thorough assessment and a step by step recovery plan with regular communication helped get my daughter back to school and playing basketball. Not to forget as well Shayne's great sense of humour and positive energy that make all of us enjoy our visits to ProActions sports.
I went to Dr Creppin multiple of times over the years. He claims I was one of his most challenging clients because I would always have a new issue. However, he was able to fix my issues and I’m back to normal. Even though it took a lot of needles, which I don’t like, I am thankful for his dedication.
As a high performance athlete who loves to keep re-injuring herself. Andrew Creppin repeatedly helps me return to sport faster and pain free. I've seen him for my back, hips, knees and Achilles. He has treated them all and has stopped me from seeing my physiotherapist. He doesn't just do chiropractic adjustments but also uses other treatments such as electro acupuncture, shock wave, therapy, ART, etc. Highly recommend.
Shayne worked on my long time recovering dislocated arm injury and rotary cuff fracture. He was very good, and it really felt that with each visit the pain and stiffness was relieved. The discomfort I used to have is almost fully gone. I was always happy to see Shayne and I recommend him to anyone looking to improve the body wellness!!! I live in the Byaward Market and I would drive a good 30minutes to go see him time and time again. Worth it.
Dr Creppin has been amazing at reducing the pains from 15 year old injuries...range of motion is back and with minimal pain even though I have tears in the muscles. Always on time and very relaxed atmosphere. Given my active lifestyle...I'll be back!

Andrew is welcoming, knowledgeable, willing to try different things to help aid in recovery and works within your comfort area. I've had a great experience and response within treatment.

Before I went to Pro-Action I had pre-conceived notions about what Chiropractors do and how they treat people. Boy was I wrong. Shayne was referred to me by a friend and I’m so happy he was. I went in with an old foot injury and back pain. Shayne is professional, listens, and offers quality care with visible results. He creates a treatment plan that you are comfortable with and keeps you involved every step of the way. He uses various methods for treating injuries and keeps up to date on techniques. Joyce at the front desk keeps the office organized and moving and is always accommodating in scheduling appointments and coordinating receipts for benefits. 5 stars all the way - thx Shayne and team!
Recently suffered a concussion, friend of mine mentioned Shayne after my first meeting I was super impressed by his knowledge about concussions, his experience working with sports athletes really put me at ease we have done lots of tests and even ventured into some acupuncture. After the first 4 visits my symptoms improved dramatically. When asked to provide a prognosis he went deep and we were able to provide that to the insurance company it was very well documented and turn around was on point. Will be highly recommending him going forward. A forever client.
