Climatisation et Chauffage : Nouvel-Air Inc

One star is still overrated!!!! Had bought an A/C unit from this company several years ago. The compressor has failed so I called to have it serviced. They told me someone would show up after 1pm a few days later. At 4pm no one had showed up or called, so I called the office to ask what time the tech would show up. The lady said she'd track him and call me back. She never called and no one ever came. Will never do business with this company again.

I was shopping around for a heat pump. I did not know about Nouvel air. So i tried to evaluate as much as i can. Surprised, nouvel air was the only one who did not try to sell me the most expensive system, the most powerful system. The owner suggested me to take the system that fits to my house. After all, he had reason, i love my new system. Thank so much Nouvelair.

Poor customer service. I called in for service, they took my number and said someone will call me back, no one called. I called back 2 more times next day and the day after, but no one answered. If they are too busy, they should simply say so.

Very expensive compared to better quality service, I highly encourage you to shop around.
