I just financed my first used car and it unfortunately had a rock chip that had ended up splitting. I was incredibly stressed out yet Jon and Mike were both very knowledgeable and took great care of me and my new car. What a great crew, they really made the experience of a broken windshield as seamless as it could be. I dealt with Jon and he was soo easy to talk to and very responsive. I had my windshield replaced by the Clear Choice team. Then a couple of weeks later smashed it while replacing my wiper blade.... So I called them again. Each time they were friendly, fast, honest, and accurate. They came to my house, drove my car away, and delivered it back to me before their deadline. And the price is the best I found. Jon was great at getting back to me and making an appointment was as quick and easy. The price was a bit more competitive than others in Ottawa with no extra charges. Wonderful service. Jon was friendly and prompt and probably better than myself at answering our e-mail discussion. Mike and Cory were great, taking my car and having me back at work before their regular service hours even started. They brought my car back to me and everything. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.
