This is my new go-to favorite place!!! My heart and belly are both full!!! I just had the most excellent food and service ever!!! We all agreed that the Orange Chicken was the best we have ever had. I am from a small town out of state where restaurants have to be good or they don’t survive. The incredible food and exceptionally friendly service at Classic Saigon reminded me of home!!!This place gave me warm fuzzy feels for sure!!! The restaurant, tables, menus etc were CLEAN and well kept. The server was incredibly genuine, kind, and personable. I could see from his interactions with other customers that he treated all of the customers like friends, which delighted my heart! He said “we love people” and I could tell that he sincerely meant it! The selection was incredible - there are options for any diet! The presentation of the food was top notch, and everything tasted amazing! I felt like I got an excellent value for what I paid. The food and service were absolutely first class, but at an accessible price. I highly recommend this place, you just have to try it! I’d bet that it will be your new favorite place too!!!
This place is fantastic. I've ordered take out from Classic Saigon for 10+ years and never disappointed. #1 springrolls with pork and shrimp taste fresh with a unique sauce that adds the perfect acidity. #5 crispy chicken wings are nicely marinated and come with another unique sauce that is sweet and sour. #90 pho is still to this day the best I've ever had I've tried many other places. The wings can be rewarmed later at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes and they are still fab. The spring roll still tastes good after refrigerated. The pho is a great leftover too.
Came in for lunch and didn't know anything about the place. I do now, and my recommendation is that this place is wonderful. Service is fast and polite. Had the spicy chicken wings, egg rolls with beef/chicken pho. If in the area, you need to try. The menu is huge.Food: 5/5
We had a fantastic meal here for our first time trying out new restaurant in Minnesota I could say that this place is the best for the Authentic Vietnamese food I had pho the broth was super amazing we finished all whole meal nothing left over. Definitely come back to try different meals.
Found this place near the airbnb we were staying at. All I can say is wow. The pho was the best I've had. Andy took really good care of us so much that we ended up eating there 3 times during our stay. Definitely recommend it if you find yourself in Eagan, MN. Travis and Pauline NYC.
I go here at least 3 times a month and boy do I love the food. Andy, the owner, provides great service and great food recommendations - you can tell his food is made with much love and care. My go to thing is the Pho #90. The Bone Broth is so flavorful, the meat is tender and delicious, and the rice noodles are beautifully cooked every time. I always finish the entire bowl and it's consistent every time I get it. Great item to get when you're feeling a little under the weather. Honey Chicken & Orange Chicken - By far the best Asian chicken I have ever had in Minnesota. I sometimes order this with a bowl of pho and I finish both of them because they're so good. It's shame though that I every time I walk into this restaurant, it's always just me in there and maybe 1 or 2 other tables and that's it - it's always dead, yet they have such delicious food. Not many people know about this place it seems like and more people NEED to know about it. Eat here and give Andy some business! He'll take care of you :
The service staff seems to consist of the proprietor of the business. However, he's very attentive and the food is very good. I very much enjoyed the shrimp and broccoli. My wife enjoyed the beef and potatoes. We should go more often.Food: 5/5

We have been going to Classic Saigon for years and we love it! The Pho is amazing. Love the eggrolls and the rice noodle salad is so fresh and fantastic!Food: 5/5
Food is exelent, definitely one of my top vietnamese restaurants in the twin cities, there was one server but he managed to get the food to us quick enough, I'd like to come back on a Saturday, seems on Saturday there is a live band playing,
