Best place to stay at Quebec with very reasonable price.nnTheir service is top notch! And they leave no stone unturned is resolving customer issues.nnI have a call for AC problem and the receptionist arrived within 5 mins at our room to check the issue.nnThey serve English breakfast and their coffee machine is available 24 hours free of cost. You can make Latte/cappuccino or nay other coffee/hot chocolate of your choice.nnThey have a vast area for parking!nnThey also have EV charging point where customers can charge their vehicle free of cost!nnThe TV screen is very large.nnHope to come back again someday!
The hotel was en route on our return to Toronto. Check in was quick. Beds were comfortable. Loved the hot showers with good water pressure.nLoved the modern light fixtures and charging unit. Everything was clean.nPlenty of breakfast options.nServed as a fantastic pitstop.

She won't look at at my face to respond to my questions. If I ask any question for further clarification, she would show a little annoyed expression. No Smile, No intention to receive a guest.nnMy wife is Pregnant, we didn't know that this facility doesn't have a lift...we had to pay extra in the name of upgrade though there were rooms available in the ground floor.nnI will never recommend this Hotel.

We did walk to a shopping area, but it was a solid 20 to 25 minute walk.n- No elevator
The staff are fantastic. The breakfast includes eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, coffee and juices. It was good enough to get the day started. The rooms were very clean apart from a few hairs in the bathtub. The bathroom set up is odd, with a night light built into an electrical outlet that you cannot turn off. That was annoying at night because there is no door that you can close to block the light. The mirror had antifog and a light around it. Our shower head was also not installed properly. It was stuck pointing at the wall. We stuck a baby wipe in there to keep it pointing the correct way. The water pressure in the showerhead was almost a mist. The seating area in the room has 2 leather chairs instead of a couch which was alright, but it looked like an after thought. There was an iron, ironing board, microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer available in our room. There is no ice available anywhere in the hotel. The gym did not have any useful weights, but it was alright if you just need to do a bit of cardio or you could use the functional trainer. There are laundry facilities on site. There are also 2 free EV chargers available.
